The fusion of education, professionalism, and (southern) hospitality

I teach people how to exercise to enhance their quality of life.  My practice is creative, compassionate, and collaborative while we curiously explore the variables that invite your body to change. Your story is like no other, and so is its timeline. We will work together to curate language that inspires your body to change while simultaneously holding space and patience for the complex personal, generational, cultural, and collective messages it has received—the dazzling to the dreadful.

Exercise can hold potent connotations and memories, and I understand if you have been harmed by the systems steering the health and fitness industry. I have, too, both personally and professionally. My heart-centric approach towards helping others teaches sustainable exercise to empower the multifaceted systems of your body to balance, to strengthen, to endure, and to wield their infinitesimal power.

Together we will visit movement through the lens of what your body can do in this exact moment—through aging, injuries, surgeries, pains, successes, births, transitions, and the (unexpected) circumstances of life rendering us human. When the interconnected systems of the body align, the body is able to support, wow, and transform into a most powerful talisman joining all of your life’s quests.

With your committed action towards one of the best investments and returns for longevity of life and with a welcoming professional focused on your authentic wellness, your body will respond to movement in an ego-less pursuit of simply allowing moving and feeling good to be enough. This oft slow-burning surrender of perceived “shoulds” and limitations—imposed by self and others— is ethereal to witness and vital to nourishing our Coloradan community.

The wisdom from teaching vivacious youth to sage elders has been humbling and clarifying. Every moment we age we near the finality of our physical bodies. Freed from the unknown passage of time, the question then becomes:

How do I want to live?
